SoccerTraining.io

For independent soccer trainers

You built the reputation.
We'll build the business around it.

A website worth sending parents to. Booking and payments that run without you. And the marketing tools a club has and a solo trainer never gets. Your brand, your athletes, your domain — never ours.

Built by ClubHub Technologies — the team behind ClubHub for youth soccer clubs.

The difference

A listing is not a business.

A coaching marketplace will send you leads. What it will never do is let you build something that belongs to you. Every trainer we talk to has made this trade without being shown the terms. Here they are.

A coaching marketplace

You rent the customer.

  • Your profile lives on their domain, under their logo
  • You appear in a list, directly beside your competitors
  • Your rate is shown as “starting at, plus applicable fees”
  • A parent booking a $100 session can be charged $130
  • A badge ranks you. You didn't pick the criteria
  • Leave, and you leave with nothing
SoccerTraining.io

You own the customer.

  • Your site lives on your domain, under your crest
  • You're the only trainer on it. No one to compare you to
  • Your price is the price. No asterisk, no “starting at”
  • The number a parent sees is the number you set
  • The family who trained with you last summer is still in your list
  • Leave, and the domain and the list go with you

What you get

Everything a training business needs.
None of what it doesn't.

01 — The website

A parent decides in nine seconds.

They tap your link from a group chat, on a phone, standing on a sideline. What loads next decides whether they book you or the other name someone mentioned. A Linktree doesn't win that. Neither does a site that looks like four hundred other sites.

Every site we build shares one engine and none of the same clothes — different palette, different typeface, different layout order, different treatment of your photographs. Two of our trainers side by side look like two different companies, because they are.

  • Your own domain, registered in your name
  • Built around your real photographs — phone shots are fine
  • Programs, private training, schedule, coach profile, contact
  • We maintain it. New program? Change it yourself, or text us

02 — Booking & payments

The booking happens at 10:40 on a Tuesday night.

That is when a parent finally sits down, remembers the conversation at the game on Saturday, and looks you up. If the next step is “text me and we'll figure out a time,” a good number of them don't. If the next step is a calendar with Thursday at 5 on it, they book.

Single sessions, packages, small groups, camps, clinics, recurring blocks. Capacity, waitlists and a cancellation window you set once. The money moves through Stripe into your account — not into ours and then yours.

  • Your Stripe account, your payout schedule
  • Automatic reminders. Fewer people forgetting they booked
  • No more chasing a Venmo that never arrives

03 — Marketing

The hardest part of your week is the email you never send.

You have eighty families in your phone. Reaching all of them means eighty texts, or a group chat nobody reads, or an email you have been meaning to write since March. Your summer block fills or doesn't fill largely on the strength of that one message — and it is always the thing that loses to an actual training session.

So we made it a two-minute job. Your list lives in one place, sorted by age group, by program, by who trained with you last summer and hasn't come back. An assistant that already knows your programs, your prices and the way you write puts a draft in front of you. You change what's wrong and send it.

  • Email and text your whole list, or any slice of it
  • Drafts written from your real programs — you approve, you send
  • “Who hasn't booked in six weeks?” is one click, not an afternoon
  • The list is yours. Export it any day you like

Summer speed block — 7 Fridays, starts June 26

Hi — we're running the summer speed and agility block again this year, Fridays from June 26. Same format as last summer: seven weeks, movement mechanics and change of direction, ages 8 to 11 at 5pm…

04 — Getting found

Nobody searches for a platform. They search for a town.

“Soccer trainer in Wall NJ.” “Private goalkeeper coach near me.” That is what a parent types, and increasingly it is what they ask an assistant instead. Your site is built to be the answer to those questions — your town, your age groups, the thing you are actually known for.

You also get a listing in our directory. It exists to hand a parent to you and get out of the way, which is why every listing links out to your site rather than keeping the booking on ours.

  • Local pages for the towns you actually train in
  • Schema markup for search engines and AI assistants
  • Every directory listing sends the parent to your site to book

How it works

Three steps. You do one of them.

Step 01

Tell us about your business

Thirty minutes on the phone. Your programs, your prices, your schedule, and the thing you say to parents that makes them book you. Send whatever photographs you have. Phone shots are fine — we have built around worse.

Step 02

We build it, you review it

We design it, write it, load your programs and set up your booking. Then we walk you through it and you tell us what is wrong. Nothing goes live until you say it reads like you.

Step 03

Go live and take bookings

Domain connected, Stripe connected, list imported. Parents book and pay online, money lands in your account, and your first campaign goes out the same week.

Pricing

We get paid when you get paid.

Not before. There is no monthly subscription, no setup fee, no charge for a listing and no charge for a lead. In a January when you barely train, you owe us nothing at all.

We take a small percentage of what parents pay you through your site. That is the entire arrangement, and it means our interests and yours point the same direction: if your bookings don't grow, neither does our revenue.

The cash and Venmo sessions you handle yourself are none of our business, and we take nothing on them.

Per booking

3.5% + $0.25 + $1.00

Card processing included. That is the whole number.

  • Website design, copy and build
  • Hosting, SSL and updates
  • Booking, scheduling and payments
  • Email and text marketing, with AI drafting
  • Directory listing and local SEO pages
  • A human who answers the phone
Get your website

No contract. Leave whenever you like.

Do the arithmetic

What a session actually costs.

Most trainers pass the fee to the parent, the way a ticket site does. You don't have to. Change the number, change who pays it, and see exactly where the money lands.

$
Who covers the fee?

SoccerTraining.io

Session price$40.00

Fee — 3.5% + $0.25 + $1.00$2.65

Parent pays$42.65

You keep $40.00

Card processing is already inside that fee. Nothing else is deducted.

Stripe on its own

Session price$40.00

Fee — 2.9% + $0.30$1.46

Difference vs us$1.19

You keep $38.54

Stripe processes the card. It does not build you a website, take the booking, hold the calendar or write the email.

Website builder + booking tool + email tool

Card processing$1.46

Website subscriptionmonthly

Scheduling subscriptionmonthly

Email subscriptionmonthly

Per session $38.54

…and then three subscriptions that bill in January whether you train or not. You also build the site and write the emails yourself.

On a $40 session the difference between us and raw card processing is $1.19. That $1.19 is the website, the booking system, the marketing tools and the hosting — billed only when a parent actually pays you.

No monthly subscription. Marketing help is included, not an add-on. And in a month with no bookings, the whole thing costs you nothing.

For parents and players

Looking for a trainer, not a platform?

Every trainer in our directory runs their own business. We point you at them and get out of the way — you book on their site, at their price, and deal with them directly.

New Jersey — by county

More states open as trainers join them. We would rather have depth in one market than a thin list in fifty.

Straight answers

The questions trainers actually ask.

Who owns the domain?
You do. It's registered in your name, and you hold the login. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, you don't need our permission or our help — though we'll give you both.
What happens if I leave?
You take the domain, the site files and your full customer list. We don't hold your business hostage to keep you. If we're not earning the 3.5%, you shouldn't be paying it.
Will you contact my customers?
No. We don't market to your athletes' families, we don't add them to a mailing list, and we never suggest another trainer to them. They're your customers. That's the entire premise.
Who owns the email list?
You do, and you can export it to a spreadsheet any day you like without asking us. We will never email your families about anything other than the session they booked from you.
What does the AI actually do?
It writes first drafts. Your summer camp announcement, the note to families who trained last year, the program description you have been meaning to write. It reads your real programs, prices and dates so the draft is factually right, and it learns the way you write so it stops sounding like a robot after a few sends. Nothing goes out without you pressing send.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We do the building. You send us photos, tell us your programs and prices, and review the result. If you can send a text message you can run your side of this.
I already have a website. Now what?
Tell us what's working. Sometimes the answer is that you need booking bolted onto what you've got, not a rebuild. We'll say so if that's the case — a trainer who trusts us is worth more than a project we talked them into.
How fast do I get paid?
On Stripe's normal payout schedule, straight into your bank account. The money doesn't sit with us on the way through.
Do you take a cut of cash sessions?
No. If a parent hands you cash on the field, that's between you and them. We charge on bookings that run through your site.
Do I have to be in New Jersey?
No, but we're building depth market by market rather than a thin national list, and New Jersey is first. If you're elsewhere, get in touch anyway — the site works the same, the directory just won't be sending you much yet, and we'll be honest with you about that.

Let's see what yours looks like.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell us about your training business and we will tell you what we would build. If we are not the right answer for you, we will say so on the call.
