Privacy Policy
We collect very little, we never sell it, and a trainer’s families are never marketed to by us.
The short version. We collect very little. We never sell personal information. We do not market to the families who book with a trainer — they are the trainer’s customers, not ours. Where a booking involves a child, the parent or guardian is the account holder and controls the record.
1. Who controls your information
SoccerTraining.io is a product of ClubHub Technologies, LLC.
Two different relationships matter here:
- When you visit soccertraining.io or contact us as a trainer, we are the controller of that information.
- When you book a session on a trainer’s website, the trainer is the controller of that information. We process it on their behalf and under their instructions. Their privacy policy governs it.
2. What we collect
From trainers and prospective trainers: name, business name, email, phone, and whatever you tell us about your business.
From a booking made on a trainer’s site, processed on that trainer’s behalf: the parent or guardian’s name, email and phone; the player’s first name and age; the session booked; and any note you add about what you want worked on. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
From anyone visiting our sites: standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising trackers or sell audience data.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
- We do not email or text a trainer’s families on our own behalf.
- We do not suggest a different trainer to a family who has booked with one.
- We do not publish a player’s name or age on any public page, in any URL, page title or analytics event.
- We do not build advertising profiles.
4. Children
Our services are directed at adults. A parent or legal guardian is always the account holder; a minor cannot create an account or make a booking.
We collect the minimum about a player needed to run the session — typically a first name and an age band, so the coach knows who is coming and which group they belong in. A parent may ask a trainer, or us, to correct or delete a player’s record at any time, and we will remove it from our systems and from operational logs.
Photographs of identifiable minors are published only where the trainer holds a release from the parent or guardian. That release is the trainer’s responsibility to obtain and hold.
5. Marketing sent by trainers
A trainer can use our tools to email or text the families who have booked with them. Those messages come from the trainer, carry the trainer’s name, and are subject to the trainer’s own privacy policy. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and an unsubscribe applies immediately.
If you want to stop hearing from a trainer, use the unsubscribe link or tell them directly. If a trainer will not stop, tell us and we will act.
6. Who we share information with
Only the service providers we need to operate: our payment processor, our email and SMS delivery providers, our hosting and content-delivery providers, and our error-monitoring provider. Each is bound to use the information only to provide their service to us.
We will disclose information if the law requires it, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect a child from harm.
7. How long we keep it
Trainer account records are kept while the account is active and for seven years afterwards for tax and accounting purposes. Booking and player records are kept for as long as the trainer needs them to run their business, and are deleted on request. Server logs are kept for ninety days.
8. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Trainers can export their own customer list at any time without asking. Write to privacy@soccertraining.io and we will respond within thirty days.
New Jersey and other state privacy laws may give you additional rights, including the right not to have personal information sold. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to people who need it. Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment processor under their PCI compliance, and is never stored by us.
10. Changes and contact
If we change this policy materially we will notify trainers by email and update the date above.
